ExpressIT has been servicing clients since 1978. Our offices are conveniently located throughout the GTA enabling us to serve the entire Golden Horseshoe with equal effectiveness. We are a charter member of the Canadian Independent Technicians Network.
Although our beginnings were as a software developer, technical requirements naturally evolved from this. For the past ten years we have been providing an ever increasing menu of services - from networking systems, to critical recovery, to virus elimination, to website development etc.
With market changes, we have for the past five years directed our technical support services to, and now specialize in, the Residential and Small Office markets. And we make House calls!
Many individuals have only one computer and operate from a home based office. Yet others run small businesses where full time IT departments are not economically viable. To both alike, 100% customer satisfaction - and a commitment to service, 24/7 is critical! Our uniformed, bonded and police-checked technicians add that extra element of security and peace of mind. We do not employ trainees, co-op students or part-time support staff. We only dispatch accomplished technicians who are committed full-time to the computer related technical support business, and whom you can create an ongoing relationship with.
The ExpressIT Team holds many degrees and diplomas in computer science, and our 25-plus years of customer service has provided us unique "hands on" assessment & solution experience, upon which we rely equally during our day-to-day tasks. We realize that technology doesn't rest, and with that mindset, we continually upgrade our knowledge and skill sets to be able to offer new levels of service to all our clients ... often before the needs arise.
